Before creating a petition please refer to the Hull City Council Petitions Scheme Document. This document lists what details a petition must include, qualifying criteria  and circumstances where a petition may be excluded from the scheme.

An ePetition is a petition which collects signatures online. This allows petitions and supporting information to be made available to a potentially much wider audience than a traditional paper based petition.
