Object(s) of the Organisation:                                                                                                                                   

1. To provide or assist in the provision of staff, public services, equipment and facilities for public libraries in Hull, and the refurbishment of such library buildings whereby the services provided to the public in those libraries will exceed the public libraries standards as prescribed by Central Government.

2. To provide or assist in the provision of additional staff, services and facilities in order to bring public library services to those living, studying and working in Hull, including those who would otherwise make little or no use of the facilities.
