Gender Pay Gap reporting

Gender Pay Gap reporting legislation requires employers with 250 or more employees to publish statutory calculations every year showing how large the pay gap is between their male and female employees.

Annual Pay Policy

The aims of pay policy is to –

provide transparency of pay issues with particular regard to those of senior officers
ensure that pay policy is applied fairly and reasonably within the means of the council to pay
ensure that we are compliant with legislation
