Decision Records


The Council makes decisions in a number of ways:  

•   Through Committees of Elected Members
•   Through individual Elected Members or officers who have been given delegated authority decision making
and the decisions which are recorded
via a Decision Record
•   Planning and Licensing decisions made by the relevant departments.
•   Dispensations to make decisions outside of usual frameworks e.g. Contract Procedure Rules dispensations
