Full Council

Responsible for the adoption of the Council budget, the Policy Framework, approval of the Constitution election of the Leader, appointment of Councillors to Committees and outside bodies.

Council meets 8 times a year. You can attend Full Council meetings or view the meetings live on this website via the Council Meeting Webcast.

Where permitted within the Council’s Petition Scheme, the lead petitioner may speak at Full Council in support of the Petition.
