Special Circumstances Pack

If you are an officer or member that requires an item to be reported to a committee or a decision to be made that meets the criteria of special circumstances, this pack provides information on how to instigate a special circumstances procedure.

The types of special circumstances are -

general exceptions
urgent implementation
urgent items
special urgency
In any of these circumstances you are required to provide evidence in support of why your request cannot be delayed until it can be considered using the normal procedure.
