Responsible for managing the workloads of the Overview and Scrutiny Commissions, dealing with any matters that have an impact on more than one area of scrutiny and considers matters which have regional or national strategic significance across a range of outcomes. Responsible for monitoring Corporate Health and maintaining an oversight of executive decision making.
