1 Apologies
To receive apologies for those Members who are unable to attend the meeting.
2 Declarations of Interest
To remind Members of the need to record the existence and nature of any Personal and Discloseable Pecuniary interest in items on the agenda, in accordance with the Member Code of Conduct.

4 Public Questions
There will be a period of up to 15 minutes during which members of the Cabinet will answer questions put by members of the public on matters of policy or decisions normally made by the Cabinet. Any person or organisation wishing to put a question should contact Louise Hawkins, Democratic Services Officer at the Guildhall for guidance on the procedure.

As the agenda for the meeting is to be considered under the Council's formal committee procedure, rather than as a public forum, the public will not be able to participate in the Cabinet's discussions on the items on the agenda that follow below.

Non-Exempt Key Decisions

This report seeks approval from Cabinet to tender a framework contract for the provision of Outdoor Playground Equipment.

 

This report seeks approval for Hull City Council to formally sign up to the “Family Hubs and Start for Life (SfL)” Programme 2022-25 and to agree to accept the central government funding once confirmed in summer 2022.

 

This report promotes the introduction of Best Practice through a
revised framework through a Payment for Skills allowance and
the introduction of an additional payment for children with
complex needs. 

 

This report sets out an overview of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF), which was formally announced on the 13th April 2022, and seeks authority to accept the role of Lead Authority, delegate approval for acceptance of the final Investment Plans and put in place a governance framework that meets the terms and conditions of the grant.

 

This report sets out the provisional outturn position for 2021/22 with regard to the Council’s General Fund Revenue Budget, Schools expenditure, Housing Revenue Account and the Capital Programme. The financial information provided in this report will be incorporated into the Council’s annual Statement of Accounts which will be made available for audit by 31 July with final sign off by 30 September.

 

This report sets out the responses received to the recent consultation on draft Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) 20: Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) and to agree the next steps towards adoption of the document.
