Public Questions
Written questions may be submitted by members of the public. Unwritten questions will be taken only at the discretion of the Chair in accordance with paragraph 38.2 in part C1 of the Council’s Constitution. Questions will be answered at the meeting if possible, otherwise written replies will be sent.
As the agenda is to be considered in accordance with the Council's formal committee procedures rather than a public forum, the public present will not be able to participate in the Committee's discussions on the following items.
A MAXIMUM OF 15 MINUTES WILL BE ALLOWED FOR QUESTIONS.

To update the Committee on leisure services in the Riverside Area.
To provide an update on the progress of major projects in the Riverside Area.
The purpose of this briefing paper is to update Members of Riverside Area Committee on the regeneration projects delivered by teams in Neighbourhoods and Housing.
To update the Committee on the quarterly performance.
To update the Committee on the activities undertaken by Youth Development in the Riverside Area.
To present the Annual Education update.
To advise the Committee of the 2022-23 budgets for the Riverside Area in relation to the Ward Budgets and Section 106 Monies and to seek potential Ward budget and Crime Prevention projects to be developed in line with agreed funding criteria.
To update the Committee on the activities undertaken by the Riverside Area Team.
To review the preferred dates for the forthcoming municipal year.
To review the progress of outstanding actions.
To review items for future agendas.
To update the Committee on the guiding principles of the Corporate Property Strategy and give an overview of the progress and key milestones.
