To remind Members of the need to record the existence and nature of any Personal and Discloseable Pecuniary interest in items on the agenda, in accordance with the Member Code of Conduct.

Public Questions
Written questions may be submitted by members of the public. Unwritten questions will be taken only at the discretion of the Chair in accordance with paragraph 38.2 in part C1 of the Council’s Constitution. Questions will be answered at the meeting if possible, otherwise written replies will be sent.
As the agenda is to be considered in accordance with the Council's formal committee procedures rather than a public forum, the public present will not be able to participate in the Committee's discussions on the following items.
A MAXIMUM OF 15 MINUTES WILL BE ALLOWED FOR QUESTIONS.
Public Items
To review community safety issues in the Riverside Area.
To update the Committee on activity undertaken by the Neighbourhood Nuisance Team.
To update Ward Members of the progress of St Andrews Quay Heritage Action Group (STAND) Lost Trawlermen Memorial Garden at the St Andrew’s Quay site.
To update the Committee on the progress in preparing the masterplan for the Western Docklands area and to seek Members’ views on the recommendations, prior to consideration by Cabinet.
To consider one new street name for a residential development of 28 new houses on land west of James Reckitt Avenue, Kingston upon Hull.
To update Members on the regeneration projects and highways related projects delivered by the Major Projects, Culture & Place Team.
To update the Committee on the review of pedestrian safety on Walliker and Selby Street following the closure of the Walliker Street footbridge on 13 October 2020.
To update the Committee on the progress of housing regeneration projects in the Riverside Area.
To update the Committee on the balances within the three Housing Area budgets for the Riverside Area to allow the Committee to fulfil their responsibility of monitoring these budgets.
To update the Committee on the performance of the Riverside Area Housing Team and Housing Investment Team for the period up to and including 30th November 2022 as contained in Appendix A of the report.
To update the Committee on the Crime Prevention Fund agreed by Cabinet in October 2022, and the application form/guidance notes as agreed by the Crime Prevention Sub Committee on 28th November 2022.
To update the Committee on the 2022-2023 budgets for the Riverside Area in relation to the Ward Budgets and Section 106 Monies.
To review projects and activities undertaken at Ward level.
To review the progress of outstanding actions.
To review the work programme and consider future items for the agenda.
