Apologies
To receive apologies for those Members who are unable to attend the meeting.

To remind Members of the need to record the existence and nature of any Personal and Discloseable Pecuniary interest in items on the agenda, in accordance with the Member Code of Conduct.

Public Questions
Written questions may be submitted by members of the public. Unwritten questions will be taken only at the discretion of the Chair in accordance with paragraph 38.2 in part C1 of the Council’s Constitution. Questions will be answered at the meeting if possible, otherwise written replies will be sent.
As the agenda is to be considered in accordance with the Council's formal committee procedures rather than a public forum, the public present will not be able to participate in the Committee's discussions on the following items.
A MAXIMUM OF 15 MINUTES WILL BE ALLOWED FOR QUESTIONS.

To update the Committee on community safety and policing issues in the Riverside Area.
To update the Committee on the establishment of a Community Safety Hub, which acts as a base for wider community safety work within the city centre.
To update on the progress of fibreoptic installations and agreed standards.
To update the Committee on the progress of highways related schemes in the Riverside Area.
To update Members on the current status of the Walliker Street Footbridge removal scheme, and to provide an explanation of the steps that are being taken to understand the Council’s options for the future of the crossing point.
To update the Committee on the progress of projects in the locality.
To update the Committee on the performance of waste collection, recycling, street cleansing and grounds maintenance in the Riverside Area.
To review activity undertaken by the Youth Development Team in the locality.
To update the Committee on the progress of schemes and projects in the Riverside Area.
To update the Committee on the balances within the three Housing Area budgets for the Riverside Area to allow the Committee to fulfil their responsibility of monitoring these budgets.
To provide an overview of performance across the the Riverside Area Housing Team and Housing Investment Team.
To update the Committee on Ward budgets and Section 106 monies.
To update the Committee on activity undertaken by the Riverside Area Team.
To provide an overview of activity within the last 12 months.
To review the current delegation of corporate trustee duties.
