Written questions may be submitted by members of the public.  Unwritten questions will be taken only at the discretion of the Chair in accordance with paragraph 38.2 in part C1 of the Council’s Constitution. Questions will be answered at the meeting if possible, otherwise written replies will be sent. 
As the agenda is to be considered in accordance with the Council's formal committee procedures rather than a public forum, the public present will not be able to participate in the Committee's discussions on the following items.

To provide an update on policing activities in the Park area.

To provide Members with an update  on the Youth Development Provision.

To seek Members consideration of using Ward budget to target Ward priorities, including repairs and maintenance costs at Community Centres to improve building energy efficiency ratings.  To also ask for early consideration of project ideas that could be put forward as potential projects to the proposed/advertised Community Safety Fund.

To provide a further update and summarise the Council’s cost of living response, the progress made around service and support provision, how residents are accessing support in the Park Area, and a range of case studies to provide a clear understanding of the process and how we can continue to support our residents at a local level.

The provide an update on supported bus services and options for additional supported services.

To provide a quarterly performance report relating to waste collection, recycling performance, street cleansing and grounds maintenance in the Park area.

To update Members on the renewal programme being delivered including acquisition, demolition and new build in the ward.

To seek the Committee's recommendations about three new street names for a residential development of 114 new house on land south of Preston Road, west of Poorhouse Lane, Hull.

To provide an update to the Park Area Committee on Ward activity across the area.

To update Members on the consolidated budget position for the Park Area in relation to Ward Budgets.

To update Members on the progress of outstanding actions.

To update Members on the Work Programme and provide further opportunity for Members to suggest future agenda items for discussion.
