To remind Members of the need to record the existence and nature of any Personal and Discloseable Pecuniary interest in items on the agenda, in accordance with the Member Code of Conduct.

4 Public Questions
Written questions may be submitted by members of the public.  Unwritten questions will be taken only at the discretion of the Chair in accordance with paragraph 38.2 in part C1 of the Council’s Constitution. Questions will be answered at the meeting if possible, otherwise written replies will be sent. 
As the agenda is to be considered in accordance with the Council's formal committee procedures rather than a public forum, the public present will not be able to participate in the Committee's discussions on the following items. 

Public Items
To update on policing activity and Community safety issues in the Wyke Area.

This briefing paper highlights the content of a report being presented to Cabinet on 27th September 2021 regarding the future of the Henson Villas Flats, in order to seek the Area Committee’s comments on the issues affecting their Area highlighted in the Cabinet Report


to update the Committee on the progress of schemes and projects in the Wyke Area.


The report provides the committee with an update on the economic statistics for the area as well as an update on the infrastructure projects and development sites within the Wyke area and River Hull Corridor areas.


This paper is to inform the Area Committee on the development of a Corporate Property Strategy.


To update the Wyke Area Committee on the balances within the three Housing Area budgets for the Wyke Area to allow the Committee to fulfil their responsibility of monitoring these budgets.


To brief the Wyke Area Committee on the performance of the Wyke Housing Team and the Housing Investment Team for the period up to and including 31st July 2021 as contained in Appendix (a) of the report. Appendix (b) gives some examples of case studies the team have been working on over recent months in terms of the level of support offered to residents in order to support them in sustaining their tenancies.

to outline the current operational, enforcement, community engagement and communication processes in place for the removal of graffiti across Hull.

To advise the Committee of the 2021-22 budgets for the Wyke Area in relation to the Ward Budgets and Section 106 monies.


To provide an update to the Wyke Area Committee on Ward activity across the Area.


This report requests that Members of the Wyke Area Committee consider the options for the future management of Pearson Park and determine whether to retain or onwardly delegate the powers delegated to them, as set out in the Terms of Reference.
