To receive apologies for those Members who are unable to attend the meeting.

Declarations of Interest
To remind Members of the need to record the existence and nature of any Personal and Discloseable Pecuniary interest in items on the agenda, in accordance with the Member Code of Conduct.

To approve the minutes as a true and correct record.

Public Questions
Written questions may be submitted by members of the public. Unwritten questions will be taken only at the discretion of the Chair in accordance with paragraph 38.2 in part C1 of the Council’s Constitution. Questions will be answered at the meeting if possible, otherwise written replies will be sent.
As the agenda is to be considered in accordance with the Council's formal committee procedures rather than a public forum, the public present will not be able to participate in the Committee's discussions on the following items.
A MAXIMUM OF 15 MINUTES WILL BE ALLOWED FOR QUESTIONS.
Public Items
To provide an update on policing activities in the West area.
To provide Members with an update on the Youth Development Provision Annually.
To update Members of the progress of highway related projects and schemes together with anticipated dates for completion and costs and future schemes.
To provide a quarterly performance report relating to waste collection, recycling performance, street cleansing and grounds maintenance in the West area.
To provide Members with the Housing Performance update.
To update Members on the current Housing Revenue Account budget position.
The purpose of the report is for Members to consider the
delegation of HRA budgets allocated for 2022/23 within the HRA
Housing Area Team remit.
To provide an update to the West Area Committee on Ward activity across the area.
To update Members on the consolidated budget position for the West Area in relation to Ward Budgets.
This report reviews the current delegated decision-making
arrangements for Ward budgets.
To update Members on the progress of outstanding actions.
To update Members on the Work Programme and provide further opportunity for Members to suggest future agenda items for discussion.
