Public Questions
Written questions may be submitted by members of the public. Unwritten questions will be taken only at the discretion of the Chair in accordance with paragraph 38.2 in part C1 of the Council’s Constitution. Questions will be answered at the meeting if possible, otherwise written replies will be sent.
As the agenda is to be considered in accordance with the Council's formal committee procedures rather than a public forum, the public present will not be able to participate in the Committee's discussions on the following items.

Public Items
To update the Committee on community safety and policing issues in the Riverside Area.
To provide the Committee with an update of the work undertaken by
the Neighbourhood Nuisance (Anti-social Behaviour) Team in the
Riverside Area.
The purpose of this briefing paper is to update Members of
Riverside Area Committee on the regeneration projects delivered by
the Major Projects & Infrastructure Team.
The purpose of this briefing paper is to update Members of
Riverside Area Committee on the regeneration projects delivered by
Housing Strategy and Renewal.
To update the Committee on community use of open space in the Riverside Area.
To update the Committee on progress and activity in Pickering Park.
To update Members of Riverside Area Committee on the progress made with options for access routes around the stadium.
To update the Committee on the progress of highways related schemes and projects.
To update the Riverside Area Committee on the balances within the three Housing Area budgets for the Riverside Area to allow the Committee to fulfil their responsibility of monitoring these budgets.
To brief the Riverside Area Committee on the performance of the Riverside Housing Team and the Housing Investment Team for the period up to and including 30th November 2021 as contained in Appendix (a) of the report.
To advise the Committee of the 2021-22 budgets for the Riverside Area in relation to the Ward Budgets and Section 106 Monies
To provide an update to the Riverside Area Committee on ward activity across the Area.
To review the progress of outstanding actions as identified by the Committee.
To review the future work programme.
