To remind Members of the need to record the existence and nature of any Personal and Discloseable Pecuniary interest in items on the agenda, in accordance with the Member Code of Conduct.

Public Questions
Written questions may be submitted by members of the public. Unwritten questions will be taken only at the discretion of the Chair in accordance with paragraph 38.2 in part C1 of the Council’s Constitution. Questions will be answered at the meeting if possible, otherwise written replies will be sent.
As the agenda is to be considered in accordance with the Council's formal committee procedures rather than a public forum, the public present will not be able to participate in the Committee's discussions on the following items.
A MAXIMUM OF 15 MINUTES WILL BE ALLOWED FOR QUESTIONS.
Public Items
To update the Committee on policing and community safety issues in the Riverside Area.
To update the Committee on the progress of the CCTV infrastructure roll out.
To update the Committee on the graffiti enforcement process.
To provide a quarterly performance report relating to waste collection, recycling, street cleansing and grounds maintenance performance.
To update the Committee on the progress of regeneration projects undertaken by the Major Projects Team.
To update the Committee on the progress of regeneration projects delivered by Housing Strategy and Renewal in the Riverside Area.
To provide an update on the delivery of the ‘Healthy Holidays Summer 2021 Programme’.
To update the Committee on the Childcare Sufficiency Assessment.
To update the Committee on the implementation of the Dolly Parton Imagination Library and progress to date.
To provide an outline of the process for considering a review of the Riverside and Wyke Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) for (i) a 3-year extension of the present Order, and (ii) a variation of the Order to extend the geographical boundaries.
To advise the Committee of the 2021-22 budgets for the Riverside Area in relation to the Ward Budgets and Section 106 Monies.
To review the work undertaken by the Area Team.
To provide the Committee as Trustees of Pickering Park with an update on activity in Pickering Park.
To review the delegations and future management of Pickering Park.
To review the progress of outstanding actions.
To consider items for future agendas.
To update the Committee on the progress of property disposals previously agreed by Cabinet, and to seek Members views with regard to any newly identified disposals, prior to consideration by Cabinet.
The Cabinet report and appendices are listed under Exempt items, for Members' consideration.
