1 Apologies
To receive apologies for those Members who are unable to attend the meeting.
2 Declarations of Interest
To remind Members of the need to record the existence and nature of any Personal and Discloseable Pecuniary interest in items on the agenda, in accordance with the Member Code of Conduct.

To approve the minutes as a true and correct record.

4 Public Questions
Written questions may be submitted by members of the public.  Unwritten questions will be taken only at the discretion of the Chair in accordance with paragraph 38.2 in part C1 of the Council’s Constitution. Questions will be answered at the meeting if possible, otherwise written replies will be sent. 
As the agenda is to be considered in accordance with the Council's formal committee procedures rather than a public forum, the public present will not be able to participate in the Committee's discussions on the following items. 

A MAXIMUM OF 15 MINUTES WILL BE ALLOWED FOR QUESTIONS.

To update the Committee on community safety related issues in the Wyke Area.

The purpose of this briefing paper is to update Members of the Wyke Area Committee on the regeneration projects delivered by Major Projects and Place.

To update on the progress of highways related schemes in the Wyke Area.

The Former Avenues Adult Education building on Park Avenue and to invite consideration and comments on the options moving forward

The improvement works to the Chanterlands Avenue Library

The maintenance works to Hull YPI and the lease arrangements

The potential scoping of the Council’s property portfolio in the Wyke Area to identify works to improve energy efficiencies.

To update the Committee on the progress of previously identified disposals and seek Member's views with regard to an newly identified disposals in the Wyke Area.
