Leader's Statement
The Leader of Council may make a statement to the Council and a period of up to 10 minutes is allowed for this purpose.
The leader of a political group represented on the Council may respond to the statement and a period of up to 5 minutes each is allowed for this purpose.
(Council Procedure Rule 13)
The report sets out the Leader’s General Fund Revenue Budget for 2021/22, and the Medium Term Financial Plan for 2022/23 to 2023/24.
To allow Council to consider the locally defined Council Tax discounts for 2021/22.
To seek approval of the Council’s 2021/22 Capital Strategy which incorporates the 2021/22 to 2023/24 Capital Programme.
The report sets out the Leader’s Housing Revenue Account Budget for 2021/22 and beyond.
