To consider the call-in of the Guildhall Improvement Works decision.

To provide the Committee with an update on Brexit related issues.

To seek approval to purchase the Park View complex comprising of three individual bungalows providing facilities for the care of fourteen adults who require nursing or personal care with learning and/or physical disabilities.

To seek approval to tender a contract or contracts to carry out the development of a new burial area on existing land within the Priory Wood Cemetery including drainage, landscaping, laying new paths and highway works.

To provide the Commission with an update regarding the current performance of the contact centre, including the contract key performance indicators (KPI’s) for the period August 2018 to July 2019, for Members information.

To invite the Overview and Scrutiny Management Committee (OSMC) to endorse the Task and Finish Panel Report and the associated recommendations before referring it to Cabinet for endorsement and implementation (please see Appendix 1).
