1 Apologies
To receive apologies for those Members who are unable to attend the meeting.
2 Declarations of Interest
To remind Members of the need to record the existence and nature of any Personal and Discloseable Pecuniary interest in items on the agenda, in accordance with the Member Code of Conduct.

To approve the minutes as a true and correct record.
4 Public Questions
Written questions may be submitted by members of the public.  Unwritten questions will be taken only at the discretion of the Chair in accordance with paragraph 38.2 in part C1 of the Council’s Constitution. Questions will be answered at the meeting if possible, otherwise written replies will be sent. 
As the agenda is to be considered in accordance with the Council's formal committee procedures rather than a public forum, the public present will not be able to participate in the Committee's discussions on the following items. 

A MAXIMUM OF 15 MINUTES WILL BE ALLOWED FOR QUESTIONS.
 
Public Items
To update the Committee on community safety issues in the Wyke Area.

This briefing paper will provide the Committee on the results and findings of all the contract performance audits to date. The paper will also explain the Contract Performance Framework established by Adult Social Care for the monitoring of all commissioned services.

The purpose of the briefing paper is to provide the Area Committee with an update on the outcome of funding bids for the refurbishment of the Former Avenues Adult Education building on Park Avenue and to invite comments on the options moving forward.

To update Wyke Area Committee members in relation to the Beverley Road Corridor Project (Our People, Our Place).

To update the Committee on the progress of highways schemes and projects within the Wyke Area.

This paper is to provide an update to Elected Members on the Waste Management Project ‘Love Your Street’.

To review the progress of regeneration projects in the Wyke Area.

To advise the Committee of the 2019-20 budgets for the Wyke Area in relation to the Ward Budgets and Section 106 Monies.

To update the Committee on activities and projects undertaken by the Area team.
