To present to Cabinet the suite of reports to be considered by Council on 28 February 2019.
To allow Members to consider locally defined Council Tax discounts for 2019/20 and to allow members to consider the introduction of a new element to the Local Council Tax Reduction scheme.
To seek approval of the Council’s 2019/20 Capital Strategy which incorporates the 2019/20 to 2021/22 Capital Programme.
To present to Council the Leader’s General Fund Revenue Budget 2019/20 and Medium Term Financial Plan 2019/20 to 2021/22.
To present to Council the Leader’s Housing Revenue Account Budget 2019/2020.
To provide details of the Treasury Management Strategy Statement (incorporating Prudential and Treasury Indicators), Minimum Revenue Provision Policy Statement and Annual Investment Strategy proposed for the financial year 2019-20.
