3 Public Questions
Written questions may be submitted by members of the public.  Unwritten questions will be taken only at the discretion of the Chair in accordance with paragraph 38.2 in part C1 of the Council’s Constitution. Questions will be answered at the meeting if possible, otherwise written replies will be sent. 
As the agenda is to be considered in accordance with the Council's formal committee procedures rather than a public forum, the public present will not be able to participate in the Committee's discussions on the following items. 

A MAXIMUM OF 15 MINUTES WILL BE ALLOWED FOR QUESTIONS.

Public Items
The purpose of this briefing paper is to update the Riverside Area committee Area Committee on policing activities in the Riverside area.
To provide an update on the consultation regarding the current pedestrian access arrangements between Argyle Street and Walton Street through West Park that crosses land under a lease between the Council and Superstadium Management Company Ltd (“SMC”) as recommended by the Riverside Area Committee at its meeting of the 8 November 2017 .

to update the committee on the Humber: Hull Frontages Flood Alleviation Scheme following an initial paper produced to introduce the scheme.
This report makes recommendations about five new street names for a new development of 101 Houses off Blanket Row, Kingston upon Hull.
To provide an update to the Riverside Area Committee on ward activity across the Area.
