Holderness Road Library - Reduction in Opening Hours
To enable the Committee to consider information on the reduction in opening hours of the Holderness Road Library as a result of the reduction in opening hours of the Customer Service Centre.
To receive an update on plans to ensure that the City can successfully deliver the City of Culture Programme.
To consider a referral from the Energy and infrastructure Overview and Scrutiny Commission.
