To remind Members of the need to record the existence and nature of any Personal and Discloseable Pecuniary interest in items on the agenda, in accordance with the Member Code of Conduct.

Public Questions
There will be a period of no more than 15 minutes during which written questions may be submitted by members of the public. Unwritten questions will be taken only at the discretion of the Chair. Questions will be answered at the meeting if possible, otherwise written replies will be sent. If required, decisions will be taken under the relevant agenda item below. As the agenda is to be considered in accordance with the Council's formal committee procedures rather than a public forum, the public present will not be able to participate in the Committee's discussions on the following items. Matters may be raised further at Forums.
Public Items
To update Members on Community Safety activity in the east area.
To update Members on regeneration projects and activity in the East area.
To update Members on the proposal to issue a 25 year lease to the Friends of Pelican Park.
To update Members to objections received in response to the recently advertised proposal to introduce additional double yellow line no waiting at any time restrictions on parts of Littondale and Marsdale. This report seeks a decision from the Committee as to how the scheme should be progressed.
To update Members on Highways schemes in the East area.
To inform Members of the disposal of a number of assets and invite comments, prior to the report to Cabinet on 27th April 2015.
This report seeks Members comments on East Area Housing performance for the period 1st November 2014 to 31st January 2015.
To update Members on Housing Revenue Account budget spend for 2014/15 and to advise on budgets allocated for 2015/16.
To update Members on the consolidated budget position for the East area in relation to budgets for 2014/15, budget allocations for 2015/16, and to approve the exchange of capital funding for revenue funding between the Ings, Longhill and Sutton Wards, and Holderness Ward budget allocations.
To update on key and current issues in the East area.
To update on outstanding resolutions as identified by the Committee.
To update Members on future agenda items and identify further items for discussion at future meetings.
