To discuss the minimum number of Members of the North West Area Committee that must be present at any of its meetings to make the proceedings of that meeting valid.

To remind Members of the need to record the existence and nature of any Personal and Discloseable Pecuniary interest in items on the agenda, in accordance with the Member Code of Conduct.

Written questions may be submitted by members of the public.  Unwritten questions will be taken only at the discretion of the Chair in accordance with paragraph 38.2 in part C1 of the Council’s Constitution. Questions will be answered at the meeting if possible, otherwise written replies will be sent. 
As the agenda is to be considered in accordance with the Council's formal committee procedures rather than a public forum, the public present will not be able to participate in the Committee's discussions on the following items.

To update the North West Area Committee on Policiing and Pubic Protection activities in the North East Area. 

The purpose of this paper is to outline the Area Plan ambition priorities and actions to which the appendices relate in order to facilitate discussion at the Committee on how to progress to meet the strategic vision established within the plan. 

To provide the North West Area Committee with the proposed dates and venues for the forthcoming Municipal Year. 

To provide the North West Area with the proposed venues for 2026-2027 formal meetings and seek comment.

The purpose of this report is for the Area Committee to determine its formal title at its first meeting in accordance with Section 4.7.5 pf Part B of the Constitution.

To provide an update on the re-survey of the Newland Conservation Area (NCA) and to request that public consultation is taken on the future of the NCA, including changes to its designated boundary. 

To recommend the adoption and publication of a new Character Appraisal and Management Plan (CAMP) for the PACA and to confirm the addition of No.80 Princes Avenue to the Hull Local Heritage List 
(Local List). 

To provide the Committee with regular progress update on the Community Highstreets Investment Programme and the related Community Centres Investment Programme.

To provide the Committee with an update in relation to the development of the Community Hub network, which provides customer service face to face advice at several community settings.

To update Members on the progress of outstanding actions.

To update Members on the Work Programme and provide further opportunity for Members to suggest future agenda items for discussion.
