To enable Members to consider locally defined Council Tax discounts for 2026/27.
To seek approval of the Council’s 2026/27 Capital Strategy which incorporates the 2026/27 to 2028/29 Capital Programme.
To present the Leader’s Housing Revenue Account Budget 2026/27.
To provide details of the Treasury Management Strategy Statement (incorporating Prudential and Treasury Indicators), Minimum Revenue Provision Policy Statement and Annual Investment Strategy proposed for the financial year 2026-27.
