To provide details of the Council’s Annual Review Letter 2024-25 about complaints made to the Local Government and Social Care  Ombudsman (LGSCO) and the Housing Ombudsman Service for the year ending 31 March 2025 and the actions the Council has taken to resolve them, and, to provide an annual report on the Councils Complaint performance in respect of our role as Landlord.

To provide details of Whistleblower Complaints and Complaints about Members for the year ending 31 March 2025 and the actions the Council has taken to resolve them.

To set out South West Audit Partnership's progress made against the Internal Audit Plan that had been approved in June 2025.

To update Members on the latest Medium Term Financial Plan (MTFP) projections for the period 2026/27 to 2028/29 and outline a financial strategy which will inform the detailed formal budget proposals later in the year.

To present the External Auditor's Audit Strategy Memorandum for Kingston upon Hull City Council for the year ending 31 March 2025.

To provide the opportunity, for the External Auditor, to give a verbal update on the Audit Completion Report for the 24/25 financial year.
