To remind Members of the need to record the existence and nature of any Personal and Discloseable Pecuniary interest in items on the agenda, in accordance with the Member Code of Conduct.

To approve the minutes as a true and correct record.
Public Items
To report on the latest annual update on the progress
of the Local Air Quality Strategy as requested at the
November 2017 Cabinet where it was first approved.
To enable partners to update the Commission on any key policy, strategy, commissioning, performance or service delivery issues that fall within the remit of the Commission.
To inform the Commission of the revised governance arrangements,
which will oversee delivery of the Care Act Delivery Improvement Plan.
To report on the latest available service-based performance measures (Quarter 3
2025/26), to provide assurance of service activity to meet Care Act duties.
To update the Commission on the findings of the Peer Review and outline how Public Health are planning to respond to the recommendations.
To ensure any outstanding actions are being addressed in a timely
manner.
To enable the Commission to develop their work programme for the year ahead.
