To provide an update on the delivery of services and current challenges from Yorkshire Ambulance Service (YAS) within the Hull City Council area, including an update on recent developments.

To verbally update the Commission on any ICB key policy, strategy, commissioning, performance or service delivery issues that fall within the remit of the Commission.

To consider the budget position of the Public Health Directorate as at Period two of 2025-6.

To seek authority from the Health and Care Partnership to reprocure community Specialist Smoking Cessation Services for Hull and to delegate authority for the award to the Director of Public Health.

To highlight areas of progress and developments in terms of Hull becoming a Trauma Informed city.

To discuss the evidence delivered in the Update on the Becoming Trauma informed Hull programme, and whether a Task and Finish could be progressed.
