To provide an update in relation to homelessness in the city (demographics and reasons for) and to also include provision of temporary accommodation and how the service works in partnership with external organisations/charities.

To provide an overview and key point summary of the general fund revenue budget for H&C and the HRA. The briefing paper will outline how the budget is influenced and impacted by levels of customer demand and details the performance measures used to monitor and manage actions, to address and mitigate the challenges.

To provide an update report in relation to Private Housing Enforcement Activity and Support provided to private tenants be added to the work programme for an annual update to ensure that a focus remains on this area of work.

To provide an update in relation to the Ombudsman’s findings and decisions for Disabled Facilities Grants/Adaptations cases and the actions required and undertaken by Hull City Council.

To enable the Commission to undertake a review of their work undertaken over the course of the current Municipal Year.

To ensure any outstanding actions are being addressed in a timely manner.

To consider and agree the work programme.
