To update the Commission on current/key issues and for members to identify matters to be considered, and raise questions and issues on the presentation, that may lead to further work being undertaken.

To provide Members with an update to the ‘Waste collection service options report’.

To provide a high-level update to the Communities Overview and Scrutiny Commission on the Neighbourhoods and Housings acquisition activity during the 2025/2026 financial year to date.

To highlight that an independent review has been undertaken of the Council’s landlord service, and summarise actions being taken in response to the review.

To update the Communities Overview and Scrutiny Commission on referrals received from other Committees.

To ensure any outstanding actions and being addressed in a timely manner.

To consider and agree the work programme.
