To provide an overview and key point summary of the general fund revenue budget for LSPD and the HRA and outline how the budget is influenced, impacted by levels of customer demand and detail the performance measures used to monitor and manage actions, to address and mitigate the challenges.

To update Members on the key issues within Customer Services.

To provide the Committee with a general update with regards to the service.

To undertake pre-decision scrutiny.

To provide the Communities Overview and Scrutiny Commission with an update on the Neighbourhoods and Housing quarterly performance at quarter 3.

To update the Overview and Scrutiny on the progress and impact of the implementation of the 5 day Urgent Repair category.

To ensure any outstanding actions are being addressed in a timely manner.

To consider and agree the work programme.
