To provide an update regarding how the council’s commercial waste service is responding to the government’s introduction of the new Simpler Recycling regulations.

To provide an overview and key point summary of the general fund revenue budget for LSPD and the HRA.

To update Members of Overview and Scrutiny on the progress of void properties within Neighbourhoods and Housing (Ns&H) and KWL Partnership.

To provide the Commission with an update on progress in relation to the take up of the Warm Homes: Local Grant funding by residents in Hull.

To provide the Commission with an update on progress in relation to the Affordable Warmth Strategy 2025-2030.

To ensure any outstanding actions are being addressed in a timely manner.

To update the Communities Overview and Scrutiny Commission on referrals received from other Committees.

To agree and consider the work programme.

To consider the exclusion of the press and public for the items listed as exempt.
