This report sets out the Provisional Outturn position for 2024/25 with regard to the Council’s General Fund Revenue Budget, Dedicated Schools Grant, Housing Revenue Account and the Capital Programme.

This paper is intended to support the Overview and Scrutiny Management Committee’s role in reviewing the policies and strategies contained within the Council’s Policy Framework as well as those produced to support service delivery.

To update the Committee on progress with the outstanding actions from the February and March meetings and movement following action by the Chair.
