To remind Members of the need to record the existence and nature of any Personal and Discloseable Pecuniary interest in items on the agenda, in accordance with the Member Code of Conduct.

To approve the minutes as a true and correct record. 

Written questions may be submitted by members of the public.  Unwritten questions will be taken only at the discretion of the Chair in accordance with paragraph 38.2 in part C1 of the Council’s Constitution. Questions will be answered at the meeting if possible, otherwise written replies will be sent. As the agenda is to be considered in accordance with the Council's formal committee procedures rather than a public forum, the public present will not be able to participate in the Committee's discussions on the following items. 

A MAXIMUM OF 15 MINUTES WILL BE ALLOWED FOR QUESTIONS.

To outline the Area Plan ambition, priorities, and actions, to which the appendices relate in order to facilitate discussion on how to progress to meet the strategic vision established within the Plan.

To provide the Area Committee with an update on the work completed to undertake a re-survey of the Georgian New Town Conservation Area (GNTCA).

To provide an update on activity in Pickering Park to the Area Committee.

To advise the Committee of available Section 106 & CIL (Community Infrastructure Levy) monies to be allocated to projects for the West Committee Area.

To provide background and information for the discussions relating to the capacity and workload of the Enforcement Team and to discuss Planning Enforcement policies and procedures.

To provide an update on housing performance, both for the housing landlord service and a full range of other housing services.  The paper provides data and performance information at a city-wide level across key performance indicators, but also for each Area Committee area wherever possible, across the Neighbourhood & Housing service.

To update Members on the progress of outstanding actions.

To update Members on the Work Programme and provide further opportunity for Members to suggest future agenda items for discussion.
