To remind Members of the need to record the existence and nature of any Personal and Discloseable Pecuniary interest in items on the agenda, in accordance with the Member Code of Conduct.

To approve the minutes as a true and correct record.

Written questions may be submitted by members of the public.  Unwritten questions will be taken only at the discretion of the Chair in accordance with paragraph 38.2 in part C1 of the Council’s Constitution. Questions will be answered at the meeting if possible, otherwise written replies will be sent. As the agenda is to be considered in accordance with the Council's formal committee procedures rather than a public forum, the public present will not be able to participate in the Committee's discussions on the following items.

To outline the Area Plan ambition, priorities, and actions, to which the appendices relate in order to facilitate discussion on how to progress to meet the strategic vision established within the Plan.

To provide the Area Committee with an update on the development of the proposals and next steps proposed.

To present to Members the St Andrews Dock Conservation Area to propose that public consultation is undertaken on a draft Character Appraisal.

To provide an update on activity in Pickering Park to the Area Committee.

To provide an update on Hull City Council’s bid to Sport England’s Place-Based Expansion (PBE) funding programme, outlining progress, strategic alignment, and next steps to West Area Committee.

To update the West Area Committee on the introduction of Awaabs Law, the requirements behind the legislation and what impact this will have on Neighbourhoods and Housing, the KWL partnership and the wider local authority and proposals on how we intend to track/monitor performance.

To update Members on the progress of outstanding actions.

To update Members on the Work Programme and provide further opportunity for Members to suggest future agenda items for discussion.
