To inform Members of the draft Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan. 

To review the delegated decision-making arrangements for Ward Budgets for 2025/26 within the HRA Area Housing Team remit. 

To consider the proposed delegation of decision making to Officers. 

To provide an update on activity in Pickering Park to the Area Committee.

To provide an update on the re-survey of Coltman Street Conservation Area. 

For Members to be updated on the S106 agreements and suggest improvements to how the process could work more efficiently. 

To update Members on the Holiday Activity & Food Programme funded by the Department for Education and delivered locally under the branding of Healthy Holidays Hull. 

To present Members with the Annual Report for the West Area covering the period of 2024-25.

To update Members on the progress of outstanding actions. 

To update Members on the Work Programme and provide further opportunity for Members to suggest future agenda items for discussion.
