Public Questions
Written questions may be submitted by members of the public. Unwritten questions will be taken only at the discretion of the Chair in accordance with paragraph 38.2 in part C1 of the Council’s Constitution. Questions will be answered at the meeting if possible, otherwise written replies will be sent.
As the agenda is to be considered in accordance with the Council's formal committee procedures rather than a public forum, the public present will not be able to participate in the Committee's discussions on the following items.
A MAXIMUM OF 15 MINUTES WILL BE ALLOWED FOR QUESTIONS.

The purpose of this paper is to outline the Area Plan ambition, priorities and actions to
which the appendices relate to in order to facilitate discussions at the North Area
Committee on how to progress to meet the strategic vision established within the Plan.
To provide an update on the development of the Delivery Plan.

To provide the Committee with the Princess Avenue Draft Character Appraisel and Management Plan.
To provide the Committee with the Sculcoates Conservation Area Update.
To advise the Committee of available Section 106 monies to be
allocated to projects for the North Area Committee Area and to seek Committee agreement to the allocation of funds received in connection with Section 106 planning agreements for the enhancement of public open space in the Kingswood Ward.
