This report is to seek approval from Cabinet to conduct an open tender process to develop a framework contract for the supply and installation of Outdoor Playground Equipment with an estimated value of £800,000.00 per annum.

The purpose of this report is to seek approval to allocate an additional £1million HRA (Housing Revenue Account) funding to contribute to the undertaking of intrusive structural surveys within five of the council owned high risk residential buildings (HRB’s), Bathurst Street Blocks 1 and 2, Valiant Drive Blocks 1, 2 and 3 and three medium rise blocks to support the installation of district heating network, Porter Street Blocks 1, 2 and 3.
