To report on and seek approval for a programme of works to Hull City Council’s bridges and structures assets as supported by both Council and Department for Transport (DfT) capital funding allocations for bridges.

This report sets out the Provisional Outturn position for 2024/25 with regard to the Council’s General Fund Revenue Budget, Dedicated Schools Grant, Housing Revenue Account and the Capital Programme.  

This report is to present Cabinet a proposal, following extensive statutory consultation, to ensure continued provision of sufficient Early Years places in North Area.
