To seek approval of the Council’s 2025/26 Capital Strategy which incorporates the 2025/26 to 2028/29 Capital Programme.
To present the Leader’s Housing Revenue Account Budget 2025/26.
To provide details of the Treasury Management Strategy Statement (incorporating Prudential and Treasury Indicators), Minimum Revenue Provision Policy Statement and Annual Investment Strategy proposed for the financial year 2025-26.
