To update the Commission on any service, policy or strategy developments that fall within the remit of the Commission, with a view to the Commission including them in the future work programme if they consider it appropriate.

To update Cabinet on the Full Business Case and Commercialisation Strategy of the Phase 1 Hull District Heat Network and seek the relevant authorisations and delegations for the Hull District Heating Limited to award Design, Build, Operation and Maintenance Contracts.

To seek Member agreement for the commitment of £5,354,902 Household Support Funding provided by the Government for the period 1 April 2025 to 31st March 2026.

To seek approval for Hull City Council to receive   Connect to Work funding, acting as accountable body for Hull and East Riding and then distribute the funding to delivery partners. This will include agreeing a delivery model/plan with the funder.

To seek approval for the procurement of Adult Skills Funded provision via the established Dynamic Purchasing System and/or Hamburg Exemption Agreements to fulfil the DfE funding allocation.

To seek approval from the authority to use the Learning and Training Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) or Hamburg Exemption Agreement to procure education and training for 16-19 year olds.

To provide a summary of the Local Government Associations’ (LGA) feedback following the October 2024 Peer Challenge and sets out an action plan responding to the recommendations.
