To receive apologies for those Members who are unable to attend the meeting.

To remind Members of the need to record the existence and nature of any Personal and Discloseable Pecuniary interest in items on the agenda, in accordance with the Member Code of Conduct.

To approve the minutes as a true record.

To update the Commission on any service, policy or strategy developments that fall within the remit of the Commission, with a view to the Commission including them in the future work programme if they consider it appropriate.

To propose the relocation and expansion of the Council’s existing in-house supported housing schemes for people with learning disabilities and to seek approval for the change of use and development and refurbishment of the former sheltered housing scheme at Charles Brady Court, Diadem Grove for this purpose.

To bring together individual reports presented to the Scrutiny Commissions which review the work, activity and performance of the Commissions during the past year.
