To update the Commission on any service, policy or strategy developments that fall within the remit of the Commission, with a view to the Commission including them in the future work programme if they consider it appropriate.

To update Members on the revenue budget monitoring position as at Period 7, explanations for material variances from Budget, year-end projections, and the management actions being taken where appropriate.

To explain how the Council Tax Base for 2025/26 has been calculated and the timetable required to meet the statutory requirements of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 as amended by the Local Government Act 2003 and the Local Government Finance Act 2012.

To seek the allocation of funding and relevant authorisations and delegations to finalise designs and enter contract for refurbishment works at the Centre for Learning site enabling the relocation of existing corporate services including Hull Training & Adult Education (HTAE), Learning & Development (L&D) as well as the relocation of ICT facilities.

To seek approval from Cabinet to tender a framework contract for the supply of civil engineering products, with an estimated value of £475,000 per annum.

To invite Overview and Scrutiny Management Committee (OSMC) to endorse the Task and Finish Panel Report and the associated work and recommendations.

To consider referrals from Communities OSC and Full Council.

To support Committee members in their consideration of items on the agenda for the current municipal year.
