To inform the Commission on the Portfolio Holder's priorities for 2024/25, giving the opportunity to monitor delivery and request further information.

To update the Commission on any service, policy or strategy developments that fall within the remit of the Commission, with a view to the Commission including them in the future work programme if they consider it appropriate.

To update Members on the revenue budget monitoring position as at Period 5, explanations for material variances from Budget, year-end projections, and the management actions being taken where appropriate.

To update members on the distribution of Household Support Funding (HSF) for the period 01 April 2024 to 30 September 2024.

To seek Member’s agreement for the commitment of the additional £3,038,293.68 HSF provided by the Government.

This report seek approval to commence a tender process for the provision of Marketing Design Services by means of an Open Tender process for 3 Years with 2 year extension subject to satisfactory performance. The annual expenditure is approximately £300,000 per annum, £900,000 in total.
