To seek Cabinet authorisation to undertake a procurement exercise to purchase mobile Smartphones and Tablets to replace 1200 existing devices that are now end of life.

To seek the relevant authorisations and delegations from Cabinet to progress with the procurement activity associated with the delivery of Phase 1 of the Hull District Heat Network (HDHN) to include connections to Great Thornton Street and Cambridge Street flats.

A report to Cabinet requesting approval to progress the delivery of decarbonisation initiatives to three buildings in the city centre, all of which have recently received funding through the Government’s Salix Scheme.

To seek authorisation from Cabinet to procure a contract for the provision of a Downstream Postal Supplier for the bulk of the Council’s external mail provision.

To set out the provisional outturn position for 2023/24 with regard to the Council’s General Fund Revenue Budget, Dedicated Schools Grant, Housing Revenue Account and the Capital Programme.

To support Committee members in their consideration of items they wish to be included on the agenda for the future municipal year.
