This report it to update Members on the revenue budget monitoring position as at Period 7, explanations for material variances from Budget, year-end projections, and the management actions being taken where appropriate.

The purpose of this report is to present a proposed update of the Council’s Contaminated Land Inspection Strategy that was published in 2001 following the introduction of Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
