To seek approval of the Council’s 2024/25 Capital Strategy which incorporates the 2024/25 to 2026/27 Capital Programme.
To present the Leader’s Housing Revenue Account Budget 2024/2025.
To provide details of the Treasury Management Strategy Statement (incorporating Prudential and Treasury Indicators), Minimum Revenue Provision Policy Statement and Annual Investment Strategy proposed for the financial year 2024-25.
