Leader's Statement
The Leader of Council may make a statement to the Council and a period of up to 10 minutes is allowed for this purpose.
The leader of a political group represented on the Council may respond to the statement and a period of up to 5 minutes each is allowed for this purpose.
(Council Procedure Rule 13)
The report sets out the Leader’s General Fund Revenue Budget for 2024/25, and the Medium Term Financial Plan for 2024/25 to 2026/27.
To allow Council to consider the locally defined Council Tax discounts for 2024/25.
To seek approval of the Council’s 2024/25 Capital Strategy which incorporates the 2024/25 to 2026/27 Capital Programme.
The report sets out the Leader’s Housing Revenue Account Budget for 2024/25 and beyond.
To consider approving the above documents.
