To present to Cabinet the suite of reports to be considered by Council on 23 February 2023.

To present he Leader’s General Fund Revenue Budget 2023/24 and Medium Term Financial Plan 2023/24 to 2025/26.

To support Members to consider locally defined Council Tax discounts for 2023/24.

To seek approval of the Council’s 2023/24 Capital Strategy which incorporates the 2023/24 to 2026/27 Capital Programme.

To present to Council: The Leader’s Housing Revenue Account Budget 2023/2024 & the Hull Housing Stock Investment and Asset Management Strategy 2023-27.

To provide details of the Treasury Management Strategy Statement (incorporating Prudential and Treasury Indicators), Minimum Revenue Provision Policy Statement and Annual Investment Strategy proposed for the financial year 2023-24.
